| First, let's look at some examples. |

| Mi viaje de negocios es el ocho de octubre. |
| To ask when an event is, say... |
| ¿Cuándo es? |
| followed by the event name. |
| To give a specific date, say the event followed by: |
| es el |
| plus the number |
| de |
| and the month. |
| For example... |
| Es el ocho de octubre. |

| Mi cumpleaños es el veintiséis de noviembre. |
